As an office management trainee, you will learn how to coordinate processes, process information and prepare decisions through good organization.

Your tasks during training

You work in everyday office life — step by step with increasing responsibility:

  • Telephone and correspondence with customers, employees and partners
  • Managing and maintaining documents, data, and processes
  • Support in planning, deployment organization and offer processing
  • Collaboration in personnel administration, accounting and purchasing
  • Preparation of evaluations and internal communication
  • Organization of appointments, meetings and processes

You will be employed in several commercial areas to holistically understand how a company works.

That's what you bring

  • At least medium maturity or higher
  • Reliability, diligence and interest in organization
  • Enjoyment of communication — by telephone and in writing
  • Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, e-mail)
  • You enjoy working in a team and taking on responsibility
