- Operational safety – by 2030, our standards and processes should be fully digital, auditable, and networked.
- Digital excellence – we rely on platforms such as Blink, data integration, and automation to make performance measurable and controllable.
- Sustainable responsibility – by 2030, we aim to significantly reduce our carbon footprint, consistently conserve resources, and implement sustainable packaging and logistics solutions.
- Employee development – we turn employees into decision-makers, not just executors. The focus is on competence, responsibility, and further development.
Our targets for 2030
- All objects are equipped with digital monitoring, and their status can be tracked live.
- Packaging is at least 80% recyclable and wood resources are optimized;
sea packaging is standardized according to CTU guidelines. - By 2030, 80% of the vehicle fleet will be electric or emission-free.
- Employees have completed at least one certified training course in process and sustainability skills each year.
