As Head of Facility Management, you are responsible for people, processes and results during ongoing operations.
Your tasks
They manage the division operationally and strategically:
- Professional and organizational management of your teams on site
- Development, management and control of FM services
- Preparation of offers and calculation in the area of maintenance & service
- Ensuring quality, efficiency and contractual performance
- Coordination with clients, service providers and internal interfaces
- Development of structures, processes and standards
You make decisions close to the object, clearly and reliably.
That's what you bring with you
- Technical education or continuing education in facility or building management
(e.g. building technology, building technology, supply engineering, master/technician)
- Experience in facility management, ideally in leading teams
- Understanding of economic processes and cost structures
- Confident appearance, clear communication and organizational strength
- Class B driving license
- Management experience is an advantage
