As a property manager, you take responsibility for organization, quality and team management — during ongoing operations, on site with the customer.
Your tasks
You are the central point of contact for properties in your area of responsibility and take on:
- Management, support and instruction of cleaning teams
- Deployment planning, personnel coordination and quality control on site
- Ensuring contractually agreed services and their documentation
- Contact person for customers, coordination of requirements & solutions
- Cost and budget responsibility in the property
- Continuous optimization of procedures and internal processes
You decide where the work happens — directly at the object, close to the teams, close to the customer.
That's what you bring with you
- Experience in facility management, building cleaning or a comparable service sector
- Practice in team leadership and organization
- Reliable appearance, clear communication and a sense of responsibility
- Good knowledge of administration (e.g. MS Office)
- Class B driving license
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and on site, not from a desk
