As a sales representative/calculator, you combine customer service, quotation preparation and economic evaluation of services.

Your tasks

‍

You work at the interface between customer, calculation and operational operation:

• Establishing and expanding customer relationships in industrial, logistics and administrative environments
• Recording of customer requirements on site (property inspections)
• Calculation of offers for cleaning and FM services

(e.g. area calculation, personnel costs, materials, machines)

• Preparation, follow-up and negotiation of offers up to the conclusion of the contract
• Coordination with property management and deployment planning
• Continuous market and needs analysis in your region
• Documentation of sales activities and supply status

That's what you bring with you

• Commercial or technical education

(e.g. industrial clerk, building cleaner, technician, office management clerk)

• Experience in B2B sales, ideally in services or FM/GR
• Understanding of calculation and economic relationships
• Confident appearance, clear communication, reliability
• Class B driving license
• Experience in calculating building cleaning and/or facility management
