As a foreman, you support our cleaning team directly on site and are responsible for quality, organization and team management during ongoing operations.

Your tasks

‍

They provide operational and organizational support for cleaning orders, including:

• Carrying out glass, special and maintenance cleaning
• Coordination and management of local cleaning teams
• Preparation of weekly and operational plans
• Ensuring occupational health and safety
• Planning and implementation of performance and quality controls
• Direct coordination with property management and customers

They work close to the surface, keep an eye on processes and ensure that quality remains visible.

That's what you bring with you

• Experience in building or glass cleaning

(ideally already with management responsibility)

• Working reliably and responsibly
• Organizational skill and clear appearance
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (e.g. documentation/planning)
• Class B driving license
