As a foreman, you take responsibility directly for the process, manage teams and ensure that quality and cycle times are met.

Your tasks

‍

They coordinate operational processes in production and packaging:

• Guidance, support and leadership of production workers
• Deployment planning and coordination of daily tasks
• Ensuring process, quality and safety standards
• Assistance with production and material supply
• Documentation of quantities, work steps and tests
• Coordination with property or production management on site

They are involved in the process — not just from outside.

That's what you bring with you

• Experience in production and logistics
• First experience in team management or role as a foreman is an advantage
• Reliable and structured work
• Clear communication and sense of responsibility
• Basic knowledge of German
• Class B driving license desirable
