Janitor (m/f/d) facility management

As a janitor, you are on site with the customer, know the property and ensure that operations run smoothly.
Your tasks
They take on technical and organizational tasks in the property, such as:
- regular inspections and tours in the building and on the grounds
- minor repairs and repair work
- Maintenance of outdoor areas (green and grey areas)
- Winter service assistance (spreading/snow removal)
- Support for service providers/craft companies on site
- Assembly and dismantling work as required (e.g. meeting rooms, events)
- Ensuring order, cleanliness and functionality in the building
They are visible in everyday life and the first point of contact when something needs to be done.
Note: This is a general call for tenders.
The specific location and working hours are coordinated together.
That's what you bring with you
- Craftsmanship or training in the technical/commercial sector
- Independent and reliable way of working
- Friendly and respectful appearance
- Basic knowledge of documentation/communication (e.g. smartphone/tablet)
- Class B driving license
Experience in facility management is an advantage, but not a requirement — we'll get you on board.
