As plant manager, you will take over overarching operational responsibility for our service areas — with a focus on structure, quality and economic stability.

Your tasks

You manage day-to-day business and further develop operational departments:

• Management and support of division and property managers
• Ensuring quality, personnel planning and process standards
• Management of resources, capacities and economic indicators
• Support of customer projects, site support and contract issues
• Development of processes, structures and responsibilities
• Interface to management and central decision-making level in the company

That's what you bring with you

• Experience in a managerial role in service, industry or logistics
• Understanding of operational processes, personnel management and cost structures
• Clear communication, decisiveness and reliability
• Ability to develop teams and transfer responsibility
• Class B driving license

Technical or commercial training (e.g. master craftsman, technician, specialist) is an advantage, but not mandatory — attitude and leadership skills are decisive.
